MY STORYAfter living in China for 20 years, I moved to America to work for Facebook. Shortly after, I went to Google to build products, and within a year, I left to throw "tech" parties and invest in startups. I've invested in over 20 startups, including companies like Superpower, Othership, Carry, and Hill.com.I'm the luckiest guy on the planet, and I never imagined this could be a real job.Over 50,000 CEOs, investors, and tech professionals across 8 cities have attended my events, and we’ve been sponsored by institutions like Fidelity, J.P. Morgan, Perplexity, American Express, Notion, Rippling, Hubspot, and 100+ other organizations.Business Insider dubbed me the "Gatsby of Silicon Alley" (I've never read the book), and I've been lucky to be featured on Fast Company, Bloomberg, Fortune Magazine, Morning Brew, Axios, Reuters, AdAge, and This Week in Startups.I'm also a partner at Next Wave NYC, a pre-seed fund.
